The participation in certain advertising networks may constitute a “sale” of personal information, or “sharing/processing for targeted advertising” under State Privacy Laws. We do not “sell” or “share” Sensitive Personal Information (as defined under State Privacy Laws).
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Messaging services.
Right to Opt out of Profiling
